Kelly Haspel-Gutkes, PT, DPT
Kelly is the primary physical therapist and owner at Enhance Performance PT and works with patients of all ages, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to her practice. She is passionate about teaching and educating her patients with a hands-on approach, ensuring each session is both effective and enjoyable.
Kelly holds a Certification in Manual Therapy (COMT) through Select Medical and is an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS).

As the Hitting Director at New Jersey Elite Baseball Academy, I have a rich coaching background that fuels my passion for training young athletes. I’ve had the privilege to coach at renowned institutions such as Vanderbilt University and the University of Illinois, alongside a robust career with the New York Yankees and Miami Marlins. My approach to training focuses not only on honing hitting skills but also on instilling a competitive spirit and a deep understanding of the game. BRIAN CHABALLA
Pitching & Outfield Coach
At New Jersey Elite Baseball Academy, my goal is to help young athletes enhance their baseball skills while ensuring their physical well-being. With my background as an Orthopedic PA, I bring a unique perspective to training, focusing on injury prevention and optimal performance. My 4 year collegiate career included stops at St. John's University and Mercer County, complemented by accolades like the Perfect Game All American Honorable Mention as the #25 pitcher in NJ in 2016. I aim to share my experience and knowledge with aspiring athletes, helping them reach their potential on the field. Together, we’ll work towards achieving your baseball dreams, one lesson at a time.
